Josh Copus a local ceramic artist has launched his Brick Factory at the old Marshall Jail which he and several partners have recently purchased from the county.
Adults and kids alike will have a great time learning about how bricks are made and making their own brick which will be fired in Josh’s kiln in the Walnut community and then used when the jail is renovated. Each person making a brick will also receive a ‘Community’ brick to take home.
And the best part is it’s totally free!
Check out the website at communitybrick.org for times and to learn more about this fun project.
